The blends are kosher and USDA organic! You can be assured that the coffee you purchase contains no inorganic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers, and that the farmer received a fair wage for his/her hard work.
In addition to being certified in accordance to USDA Organic guidelines they are a registered coffee roaster with TransfairUSA, Swiss Water, and the Vaad HaRabanim of Greater Seattle. Pre Party is an exquisite blend of 100% shade grown, certified Organic, Fair Trade gourmet coffees from the Americas. Most of the coffees in this blend are Strictly Hard Bean (SHB), or Strictly High Grown (SHG) and were grown at elevations of over 4500ft. Roasted to a light/medium roast, this blend is clean and bright. It shows floral and citrus notes, followed by a smooth nutty vanilla flavor.
